The winners of the Creative Writing Competition 2015 celebrated their success in style on the evening of Friday 10 July, at Cowbridge Community College, Old Hall. It was an opportunity for the three main prize winners to meet up and exchange ideas about their respective narratives and also to discuss their entries with Belinda Bauer, the award winning Crime Writer. She offered valuable advice about the process of writing for publication, sharing the tips that she had been given at the start of her career.

Yet again, the Competition proved to be an unqualified success, drawing in over thirty entries which were of an exceptionally high standard and demonstrating the level of talent that exists locally. This year the objective was to write either a short story, or a one act play.
